Madhuri Dixit tops the list! She brings together the qualities of a goddess and feminism, and performs so elegantly.

Madhuri has shades of a great dancer. It's treat to watch her dance. My favourite song of hers is Choli ke Peeche.

Actress Madhuri Dixit-Nene may not have a film in her kitty yet, but speculation is rife about her signing up for the remake of Satte Pe Satta. In the meanwhile, however, the Dhak dhak star is already preparing for her next trip to India. 4. Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is a talent that is inspiring and many young Bollywood starlets aspire to be like her. This year, fans received a very healthy dose of the Queen doing what she does best, dancing. During her stint as head judge on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Ja, Madhuri enthralled the audiences not only with her amazing dancing abilities, but with the connection she was able to establish with industry insiders, her fans and with the younger generations as well. Let’s not forget, she very beautifully graced the April 2011 cover of Filmfare, she has commercials out for Neesa Basmati Rice, Xpert Dish Washing Sponges, Comfort Fabric Conditioner and the Lifestyle Ambassador for the FoodFood Channel. Those that were not around when Madhuri ruled the roost, or those that were not too familiar with her work are now very aware that Madhuri Dixit IS the best of the best.

Even as Madhuri Dixit steps into Hema Malini's rather large shoes for Sanjay Dutt's Satte Pe Satta remake, she is eager to see what changes have been made to the character in the script before she signs the dotted line.

A fan of actress Madhuri Dixit, Papu Sardar, celebrated the cine star's 45th birthday here in a novel way - helping a couple, belonging to the below poverty line (BPL) tie the wedding knot.

Rumours flew thick on how Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's refusal to greenlight Satte Pe Satta had forced the producers Ashtavinayak and Sanjay Dutt to push the remake of the Amitabh Bachchan-Hema Malini film to 2012.
